If you wish to return your purchase, all returns are refundable within 30 days of receipt if returned to me undamaged in their original condition. Prints must be returned to me in their original packaging. Shipping costs are not refunded, and you are responsible for paying for return shipping. If you wish to return your print, please contact me in advance with your order number.

Please note that my foil prints are not mass produced - as a result, there might be minuscule imperfections which are normal.

* No refunds/returns are offered on custom designs or prints purchased from the "On Sale" section of the website.

Damaged Prints

While I take great care to ensure a safe arrival of your print, there are unfortunately rare times when the postal service mishandles the package. If your order arrives to you damaged, please contact me with your concerns and I will reply with instructions with regards to sending me a photo of the damage. Please keep in mind that it will be frustrating for me as well to know that your order didn’t arrive in pristine condition. My ultimate goal is your happiness, so I promise I will work with you to make you a happy customer.

* Please note that FPB is not liable for prints that go missing or are damaged in the process of being returned. It is recommended that you use a delivery service that offers tracking.
